Expected Date of Shortlist by IIMs

Older IIMs are expected to opt for early announcement of shortlists and independent GD/PI/WAT round to finalise admission process for 2018-20 batch. However, out of 13 new IIMs, 9 will follow a Common Admission Process (CAP) in the month of February 2018 going to be coordinated by IIM Rohtak.

The most important component in the admission process is the performance in CAT. Additionally, IIMs use other factors like the previous academic performance of the candidates, relevant work experience and other similar inputs in shortlisting and ranking of candidates at various stages of the admission process.
